This is the 3rd edition completely revised to reflect the major changes which have occurred since the publication of the 2nd edition.

The book presents some useful information on the terminology involved in the carriage and handling of cargoes.

The revision particularly covers developments in the handling of cargo in general, with particular reference to modern unitised handling techniques.
